Claire Farrell, a junior at Norwalk High in Iowa representing MVP Track and Field Club and Xlr8 Iowa Track Club, won the 60-meter dash in 7.80, the 400 in 57.98 and finished second in the 200 in 25.94 at the second edition of the Bearcat Youth Open Series at Northwest Missouri State's Hughes Fieldhouse in Maryville. Farrell also contributed to a 4:00.23 victory in the 4x400 relay, joining Mitzi Evans, Ainsley Erzen and Mackenzie Carney.
