Daniel Wanjiru Added to the Big Half Elite Field

Athletics Weekly reports 2017 London Marathon champion Daniel Wanjiru will face off against Mo Farah in the Big Half, a new half marathon in London.

Wanjiru has the fastest personal best in the elite field, having run 59:20 for the half marathon. Farah has run 59:32.

Also not to be forgotten is Callum Hawkins of Scotland. He holds a personal best of 60:00 from last year and finished fourth in the marathon at the 2017 IAAF World Outdoor Championships.

The Big Half is scheduled for March 4.
