Great Oak senior Kiyena Beatty placed 11th in the Division 1 girls final in 17:53.3 on the 5-kilometer course at Woodward Park, helping the Wolfpack capture a fifth consecutive team championship and sixth in seven years with a 47-67 victory over Davis Senior. Beatty became the first Great Oak runner to win four team titles and just the sixth girl in California history, joining Saugus' Amber Murakami, Kaylin Mahoney and Karis Frankian, along with San Francisco University's Jennie Callan and Lizzy Teerlink.
