Aja Johnson, a sophomore at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame High in California, took third in both the invitational discus throw and shot put at the 55th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High in California. Johnson produced a personal-best 148-3 (45.18m) in the second round in the discus and achieved a fifth-round mark of 41-7 (12.67m) in the shot put.
