Hilton Green, an Oklahoma-bound senior at Buchanan High in California, cleared a personal-best 16-9 (5.10m) on his second attempt to triumph in the boys invitational pole vault at the 55th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High in California. Green had cleared 16-6 (5.03m) on April 1 at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium.
