Arianne Morais, a senior at UTEP representing Norway, rallied to secure back-to-back victories in the women's invitational elite javelin throw competition with a sixth-round effort of 187-10 (57.26m) at the 64th Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Morais trailed Italian competitor Federica Botter of UCLA and her mark of 187-8 (57.22m) until the final throw, prevailing for the second year in a row after achieving a throw of 188-3 (57.38m) at Mt. SAC last season.
